Sr. Proposal Analyst:


  • Responsible for the   management of the proposal review process including generation of final proposals
  • Responsible for coordinating with all that sort of spenders to secure quotes necessary to generate final proposals
  • Responsible for coordinating with clinical operations to assure all appropriate reviews of proposed budgets and text
  • Coordinate with finance to assure margins are appropriate on each generated cost
  • Draft all proposal text with support from operations
  • Work closely with the business development team to generate ballpark bids as needed
  • Maintain all proposal templates and update as required
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships
  • notify vendors of all proposal status
  • Nespond to requests for information from potential sponsors, coordinate with other departments to secure all appropriate responses
  • Work with sales team to meet with sponsors and discuss proposals and costing assumptions
  • Has the ability to and proposal costs as appropriate
  • Generate changes in scope as requested by operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all client deliverables
  • At the time of award, work with vendors to request contractual agreements. Coordinate with operations and the legal department to assure agreements are finalized
  • Coordinate with contracts 2 sure final documentation is available for contract generation. Support contract generation is needed
